    Absolutely correct sayings sir. Many recruuiters have been using this tool to judge the candidates'soft skill. I have always emphasized on the attitude of the candidate over his qualification and experiences. You can transform the unknownness to knownness effeectively provided that candidate is carrying a very positive attitude.
